what is the worst thing EBay has ever done to you?

Ebay said I was guilty of somthing call Shill Bidding and took away my account for 60 days. I didn't even know what it was until 45 days into my suppension. So tell me your Ebay horror story. Shill bidding is when you bid on an item that is listed by somone that has the same address as you do. I was not aware that the item for sale was an item that my wife put on, and therefore we both got the boot for 60 days,, but were not told what we had done wrong until after 45days. Meanwhile, all the listings we had were deleted and we were still charged for them.

3. I found a great supplier last year for the new Ipod nano and I started selling them. Then I started getting request for bigger orders so i started selling lots of 100, and making a nice profit doing so. Well in the middle of the Christmas rush PayPal freezes my accounts because they said I made too much money too fast and wanted me to ship everyones order out before I could get my money from them. I explain to them that I combine all of my small orders togather so I can make bulk orders to keep the prices low and I needed my money to complete the rest of my order. They said it didnt matter I have to ship the items anyway I had about $76,000 in Paypal at the time and to make things worse Ebay suspends my account the next day and I had another 80-90,000 in purchaces from people that won but not paid yet. My whole business went down the drain. My 100% feedback rating, powerseller status, everything gone. And on top of that, They wanted me to pay about 3,000 dollars in final value fees for money I never recieved because people were not able to pay. I had to refund total about $170,000 to people who placed orders and I lost about 85,000 in profit that I would have made. They detroyed everything that I had built over the past four years in 4 days and wouldnt give me a reason why. I could have waited 6 months and kept everyones money for myself but that would have been wrong. Well I have started over with a new name and 0 feedback and I am working my way backup the ladder. I learned some importamt lessons in dealing with the Beast (and Paypal). So hopefully I can try it again this christmas!
