Ebay?!!!????

Sometimese when I bid and comfirm, in that split second i get outbid again. I bid again at a higher price and then it says im outbid right when i confirm. Is there a program that lets you do that? You keep bidding automatically till you reach a certain price? ITs like an automatic bidding program. ITs so annyoing. How do i work it?

  1. You place the highest bid you could and ebay will automatically increment it, let us say item is for 10 dollars you put $30 on it, it will make the bit may be 12 or so for you but when someone comes and makes 14 dollar bid it will automatically increment it for you to 16 has your highest bid is 30 hope it makes sense. :)
  2. This really isn't an outside bidding program/bot, it's something built into Ebay. Let's say the bid starts at $5 and you put in a maximum bid of $7.50. Your bid is currently $5 even though your max is $7.50. Later, someone else comes in and has a maximum bid of $7.00. Their bid comes back as "outbidded" and the bid is now at $7.50, your max. If they come back and put in a higher max bid, it'll jump to $8 and you've now been outbidded. Enjoy!
  3. Yes. Suppose you want to bid on an item. You post a bid of $25.00 on an item that is currently at $20.00 Well, you can bid $50.00 if you want and if no other bid has been made to that amount, you are the current high bidder. BUT if I have put in a bid while it was at $20.00 but I put in a bid I feel is fair and my highest bid is $75.00, you will automatically be told you have been outbid because my standing amount is ' Up To $75.00 ' regardless of the current bid. 4. The way eBay bidding works, you can set a max bid on an item, and the websites software will bid for you until that ammount is reached. Let's say an item is currently at $10.00, but you would pay about $20.00. If you place your bid at $20.00, the page will reflect that the maximum bid is now $11.00 and you are the winner. If a person bids $15.00, the website will autobid for you to $16.00, up until it reaches your maximum bid amount. This of course is assuming the auction is using $1 increments, and there were no bids during the time you placed the first bid.
  5. Hi, Yes there are several. Ebay itself has one, I use bid tamer. You tell whichever one you decide to use your maximum price that you want to bid up too and if you pay for the bidding service you can go right down to the last 3 seconds for your bid to go in. The service should warn you in advance if your max bid is too low. Bid tamer has a snipe tool which enables you to log onto ebay, find the item you want to bid on then press the snipe button. This will take you to the bid tamer page and ask you how much your max bid is and how long before the end to make your bid. It is very, very easy to use. Arnak
