serpintine drive belt squealing?

my old belt was squeling so i replaced it with a new gates belt and 2wks later doing it again? i did check all pulley for damage and possible alternator bearing play but didnt notice anything on pulleys so im lost?

1. sounds like one componet is stuck. You have an idler pully, water pump, air conditioner compressor, alternatoe, snog pump. I'd check the clutch on the AC compressor. If it is frozen the belt will cook.

3. replace the belt tensioner as it has probably lost tension and the belt isn't tight enough.
4. check the tension on the belt as being either to tight or to loose will make it squeal, a short term fix is spray the belt as it is moving with wd-40, if the belt feels fine the best thing is to take it to your local workshop and get a professional to check it out, as you may have a seized pulley.Good luck.
