Belt Auction

A policeman challanned me just outside my gate in the sidelane, for not fixing belt. Is it right?

1. Yes he is right. Its legal to wear seat belts when you are on road whether its side road or main road. I know youare justified in saying that you were too slow and about ot enter your house. But law has sometimes these short comings.
2. Unless you have medical certificate saying you don't have to weat the seat belt, you must wear it at all times. It is the law. They do let you off if you're reversing though. Yes, it is right.
