Only for smart WWE fans. If Ric Flair would have won the WWE Championship belt 8 months ago?

Do you think putting the belt on Flair would have tarnished the championship or made WWE look bad that some 50+ year old man is the WWE Champion. Good or not good?

2. Not necessarily. Now if he were to of won it cleanly then there would be something wrong with that picture. But just picture if he were heel and Triple H helped him win the matches by interference then that would be a good reason to keep the belt on him.
3. it would have been a culmanation on his long career but he would have held the belt as long as kane for one day so it wouldve been a good move
4. Flair is not the performer he was 20 years ago, however he is such a legend that putting the belt on him, even at his age, would have done anything but tarnished it.
5. Giving Flair the title would not have tarnished it. They gave it to Cena and he can't wrestle. Flair is an icon and a legend. Not to mention on of the greatest wrestlers ever. Maybe they should have given to Flair so he could have retired in a blaze of glory rather than drag it out with this lose and your gone nonsense.
6. They could have had him on SD! and be champ there. An Edge/Flair fued would be interesting I think.
7. rick flair can't wrestle anymore and It would be horrible. He looks terrible and can barely move. I bet if he were champ for 8 months people would start to boo him. I know I would. I can't wait till he retires icon or not. Its time for younger wrestlers to shine. I hate when they bring on old timers too like snuka and piper at the rumble. They can't do anything.

9. I think it would be good. He is still one of the better wrestlers the WWE has, even with him being in his 50s.

11. i think it could have gone either way. i agree having the title on him for too long could tarnish it. but remember, Flair is a legend. he is the wheeling, dealing, kiss stealing, jet flying son of a whooooooooooo.! Flair, if given the title for a short time, say a month or 2 maximum will be fine, but not too long. Flair is still a great perfomer, and it doesnt matter that he wasnt as good as he was 20 years ago, but he is still beter than lots of the WWE superstars. hope this helps.
