Okay, I live in England, and I'm going to New York in may, I am going to get a real Gucci belt, but would like to get some fake or *ahem* "replica" Gucci, LV or other designer fakes, how much should you pay for fakes?

1. well mister youre in luck! im the "replica" queen lol. well i live right here so im there quite often and there are some good places and some bad places to go. you have to ask if they have the brand youre looking for because they wont be right out in the open, most of them keep their fake stuff behind closed doors in the back so they dont get caught by the cops. they have bags, watches, wallets, belts, everyhting under the sun. i bought a gucci bag there and it was somewhere around 40, but they usually knock off 5 dollars if you ask .. but be firm or they wont budge! and i got a burberry belt i think for something like 15? wallets are gonna run you around 20-25, but it depends on how new the style is and stuff. but when they hear your accent, assuming you have one, they might try and take advantage of you so pay nothing over 50 for ANYTHING. HAVE FUN! =]
2. There are undercover operatives watching buyers purchase fake replica, goods. If caught you may can be arrested and jailed. Replica theft is taken seriously, as you are depriving the designer of his "good work." Think about it. If you were Gucci and someone made cheap quality replicas of your merchandise, how would you feel and, what would YOU do about it? Think before you steal someone's intellectual property.
