Can I hear black shoes with a brown leather belt?

Does belts have to match shoes? SO i wear t-shirts and jeans. if i wear a brown leather belt. can i wear black shoes or must i wear brown shoes. remember it's all casual wear. i'm not wearing slacks or work shoes. they are just converses.

1. I don't think it matters with tennis shoes:)
2. definitely don't mix black and brown
3. People have a way of looking at the way you dress and when things clash they have a way of noticing. So black and brown do not match and people will notice. And sometimes the ones that notice might open up their mouths and say so. So the choice is yours. But I would not try it.
4. If it looks ok to you then wear it. Dont be a slave to designers or public opinion.
