1. If it is the drive belt look under the foot rest, there may be a diagram there. If it is the mower deck belt look on the mower deck.
2. You must first make sure you have the belt pattern correct. You can go to www.needlawnmowerparts.com to find your belt diagram. First find the model number from under your seat. Go to the site and find your part lookup. Follow the belt pattern when installing the belt. Make sure you check all of the pulleys, idlers, springs and blades while you are working. You can see where all of those items are located on the diagram. There is live help there if you need to talk to someone.
