Murray riding lawn mower drive belt keeps slipping, anyone have any type of fix for this? Checked driveshaft,

  1. Assuming you have the right belt it sounds like a tensioning problem - check the manual for a tension adjustment. Belts stretch over time ... may be time for a new one.
  2. clutck pulley needs adjusted, or could be a sheared axle shaft bolt, belt dressing may be temporary, new belt may help!
  3. Make sure no oil is on the pulleys, NOW if thats good. NOW the pulley (moved by pressing or letting go of the clutchbrake) will sometimes loosen and let the belt slip. Also a worn out belt will as well.
