does any won no how to make a lawn mower using pullies and fan belts turn a axel on a go cart???

1. Its really hard to brake down over an e-mail. Your going to need a torque coupler, and maybe a transfer box depending on your cart. Its best to find a Briggs and Straton dealer. They make lawnmowers, buggies all that good stuff. And they could help you out. But to tell you the truth, it would be in your best interest to buy a used cart, or just pick one up from Sams Club for $300-400 and have something new. Vs. spend $$$$$ for a potential catastrophy and it would cost you possibly more. Mail me for any other thoughts
2. Northern Hydraulics and Tools has pretty much everything you could possibly need to build one from scratch (all the parts and the plans). Their pricing isn't too bad either. Make sure you do a live axle set-up though. It costs just a little more but is well worth it.
3. you really need a horizontal shaft motor for a go-kart, I have seen quite a few questions in here regarding this. get a clutch and gearing
