Where can you find a v-belt pully for a 1 shaft where the shaft cannot be removed need a 2 piece pulley.?

One inch shaft Two piece v-belt pulley Cannot access ends of shaft. Need a pully that comes in two halfs that can be somehow clamped on to an existing shaft.

1. If it is far enough from the bearings you can cut the proper size pulley in half using a power band saw then put it back together by welding it. You can hold it straight with a v-belt as long as you remove it before you weld the outer edge. You can opt to weld it to the shaft or use a set screw arrangement.
