What should I wear to Atlantic City?

This will be my first time going to Atlantic City as of next weekend. I would like to dress stylishly without having to look Old for my age (28/M). Going to AC to Celebrate my g/f's and my friend's b-days. I already have an idea to dress with Black button down shirt, black slacks, shoes, belt and just purchased a kind of beige jacket, which is being fitted for my measurements, from mens warehouse. Any ideas?

1. if its a birthday celebration its not that formal, right? so i would suggest a graphic t-shirt underneath the button down shirt & not button it all the way up.
2. thats fine, ac is casual most people there will be wearing jeans anyway.
3. Even though its not formal people get dressed up to go to AC. I think what you want to wear sounds good. Do you have black dress pants. If you want to wear jeans, make sure they are ironed and your best pair. You can wear the black button down your beige jacket. For shoes, wear black loafers like kenneth cole loafers or alfani from macys the kind with no laces.
