mens pant sizes??

i usually wear pants with a 28'' waist and a 30'' leg, i found some pants i wanna buy on the internet, but its not very descriptive on sizes, the sizes are 24, 26, 28, 30.... does that mean size 30s would be 30 waist AND leg? because 30s would be too big around the waist, but 28s would have way too short legs, so id rather wear a belt than sag my pants. is that a good choice? heres the pants http://skateboarding.activemailorder.com/Catalog/category.aspx?j~&cp=1&ct=4&sc=17&br=105&pr=7546&sk=71259&sm=-1&at=-1&bx=1&px=1&cx=1&bi=0 theres not much detail =/

1. it probably means waist size, with a standard leg length, could alo mean plus size womens pants, they are usally sold with only one number
2. Check the description carefully, making sure these aren't "unhemmed" pants. If that is the case, the pants usually will cover inseam length up to 34" after the bottoms are hemmed. If they're unhemmed that's fine, but you'll have to have someone to hem them to length for you. Any good basic tailor can do that.
