Is there a way to look at an ebay ad that has ended and tell if that auction was "featured" when it was listed

I know you can tell when an auction is live as it's listing is highlighted. But i was wondering if there is a way of looking at an ended auction and tell if it was "featured" or not when it was live? Any ebay experts?
