Belt Auction

Purchased land from a live auction site; don;t want to keep it. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Don't know how to sell on ebay. Transaction hasn't fully been completed but I'd like to prepare to sell it NOW!! Even though I'd like to keep it I can't; budget won't allow it (recent emergency.) Combination of land contract & deed purchases. Locations are CA, CO and TX.

1. Take picutures... Sell it on ebay.
2. Try reselling it on eBay. They have instructions on how to use their site.
3. Hook up with a local real estate agent and pay them to sell it for you.
4. Contact a realtor local to the areas where the property is located...you may be able to uload it quickly if the notes are transferrable. -Dolly
