Are the xbox live 2 month free trial cards still valid?

There are xbox live 2 month free trial cards and codes being sold on ebay, but on the xbox live website it says that the offers are only good through June 30, 2006. Are these ebay auctions scams with expired codes, or should I buy one?

1. They are not scames they are still valid i just purchased one on ebay myself about two weeks ago.

3. If the card says they expired in June of 2006, then they expired in June 2006. It is a SCAM, don't buy it, or make sure that the seller knows that if the card turns out to be invalid, you will be requesting your money back. If they don't agree to that term, then don't buy it.
4. Each card should have an expiration date on it. The seller on ebay should tell you what the date is for the card they are selling.
5. The 2 month cards where for the original xbox and i think most have expired.It is probably a scam. I wouldn't buy it.
