Belt Auction

So I bought a domain name from this guy on ebay but he wont sell it to me ?

I had the winning auction on ebay which was 30 dollars. Now the guy is saying that he never put the domain up for sale and sent me my money back. I live in IN and he lives in TX. What can I do ?

1. Report him to ebay as an unworthy vendor.
2. Leave negative feedback, and complain to eBay. They may suspend his account. Really, it's probably not worth the expense to sue over.
3. You got the money back.. What do you want?. E-bay is full of cheats and scams. Everyone knows that..
4. Nothing if he owns it-except go to the staff on ebay. Some auctions say they can withdraw at anytime-check his and refer the sale to the appro. dept
5. other than what has already been said - not much - he probably was offered more money privately for it
6. your not out nothing, come up w/ a better name......
