I have a trumpet to sell, should I put it on ebay or craigslist?
Its used and I am not going to ask a lot for it (I paid $75 on craigslist last year) We live about 40 miles from the twin cities. Maybe I should put it on Craigslist and ebay and if someone buys it cancel the ebay auction? What do you guys think?? Any opinion is appreciated !: )

- ebay...you will get a wider audiance.
- eBay
- i think you should put it on craiglist! its alot easier to put stuff on and purchase than ebay ! so ya i support craigslist!
- craigslist. avoid the drama AND having to ship it. the only downside is if there are no-shows, but one can usually minimalize that tactfully.
- eBay all the way. I've found jobs and apartments on craigslist, but there are also a lot of flakes selling stuff. eBay has lots of protections for you, such as if the winner doesn't follow through on the purchase.
- I'd do neither. Donate it to Goodwill or Salvation Army, get a receipt and you can then deduct that from your income taxes next year. (You'll have to ask a tax expert what you can deduct, I would think $50).
