Are Antiques better than the stock market?

If so-in what way? There is no TRADING VOLUME on antiques so how do you know what your profits are?

  1. Long-term, no other investment has consistently out-performed common stocks... This makes sense if you think about it, since good stocks are really just a share of the future profits of a good business. Unlike antiques, they are not subject to the whimsy of "fashion", and are somewhat more complex to fake than a Persian Rug!
