I just need to know about the USA belt. What does a wrestler do to earn that belt? Also is there any ranking system in the WWE?

1. well a storyline from wwe and a USA Championship. and for ranking go to wwe.com. anyway all the thing is a performance (pre planned) by wwe but they do get hurt during performance.
2. Just like to earn any belt in the WWE or professional wrestling as a whole. Defeat the reigning champion. Well their is no official ranking but if there was it would more or less go like this Male Eligible Single Championships: -WWE Championship & World Heavyweight Championship -ECW Championship -WWE Intercontinental & WWE United States Championship Male Eligible Double Championships: -WWE Tag Team Championships & World Tag Team Championships Female Eligible Singles Championships -WWE Women's Championship & WWE Diva's Championship
