Millsberry.com... How do u put on karate belts?

I can't figure out how to put on the karate belts on Millsberry.com. I just got my yellow belt but I can't figure out how to put it on. I'm still wearing my dinky old white belt... but I don't know how I got that on either. Can someone please help me? I'm totally confused!

1. YOU know that is a good question i really dont know but wait and someone might give you the answer you have been looking for
