Sideshow collectibles Aliens Vs Predator predators assembly?

They're also known as the Hot Toys AVP series, Wanted to know if the elbow joint is suppose to fit in with the upper arm, or just hang there? It is very difficult to put it in so I am asking. Any of the predators they sold will work since they have the same parts.
