- wait till the end of the auctions...and then organize by price... also check the sellers history
- watch the items you want, then wait till the last minute or so to place or final offer. it works for me everytime. hope this helped!
- Last seconds bidding gets you a lot of places
- snipe ppl (out-bid their bid in like 1 min till the auction closes) its hard to do though lollollollollollol =D
- register with an auction stealer, and always have a second deadbeat account just incase
- Watch your item always. And if someone has a tendency to outbid you, wait till the last minute and suprise em! :)
- wait till night when there aint there that many people
- I suck at bidding, but I'll tell you this much. Check feedback, pay attention to shipping costs, read the add fully. I've made some big mistakes on eBay.
- Some things can be broken when you get them.. some are not the right size that youd think.
- look at persons reviws best price duh and read all print
- I "watch" an item until the last second & bid~almost always win. Also, late at night/early morning when there are less bidders. Feedback is a difficult thing. Lots of sellers leave positive feedback because they don't want retaliation. Can't always tell by how many positives someone has, but DO read all the auction info.~some info. gets put at the very end of the auction site.
- I wait till the last 2 minutes...otherwise you are raising the bar for higher prices
- wait during the last 10 minutes. most bidders hold out on bidding at the very last minute. check during the last 10 minutes because it indicates the current price the item is going for. Then, when it comes to the last 2 minutes, bid up to your maximum. I tend to tell people not to put in thier maximum price early in the bidding since its like showing your hand at poker. good luck!
- Yeah - Everyone here is right - Wait until the last possible second and bid the absolute most you will pay for the item. That is what I do. If I start bidding early and someone is bidding against me I am very bad about paying more that I should.
- Put the item on your watch list. When the item's time is almost up, bid. Bid enough to where if someone is doing the same thing as you, you win anyway. Because someone can outbid you last second. Make sure you ask any questions you have to the seller BEFORE bidding. Once you bid, it's a contract to pay and you're stuck.
- you can wait till almost end then bid, you can also put in the highest price you'll bid, like you bid 5.00 and go to work and don't get home in time to bid, well if you have it set at 15.00 is highest you'll go then everytime someone else bids say 7.00 is next your bid will raise it to 7.50 or 8.00 and bidding without you up to 15.00 and stop so you might still win even if not on computer.
- bid at the last minute (literally) and also BEWARE of people that will make their bid in the last 3 seconds or so. Thats a technique i use every time. thats how i got my ipod. and also look at how many products the seller has sold. cause if he or she has only sold a few chances are that he or she isnt the best at selling stuff and if he or she has sold a LOT then chances are that he has successfully sold a lot of stuff. GOODLUCK! :]
- When bidding on something you really want. check.4 "paypal" Bid the minimum. So any one who wants to bid, won't ride up the price to catch you. Your email will tell, if you been outbid. Then when your bidding is getting close to a close. Watch your clock with a second hand. And then put in your "top bid," that you are willing to pay, in the last minute, then hit "commit to buy" in the last five seconds. <}:-})
