Where can I get some teddies, tap pants and garter belts?

I would really like to find these things, but they seem so hard to find. I went into Victoria's secret and they didn't know what I was talking about, they didn't really have any useful garter belts, neither did Macys or any of the other department stores. I would like to get a silk teddy, a a couple of pairs of tap pants and a garter belt.

2. I gather you're from the US but in the UK they have a great store called Anne Summer's...I'm not sure if they have it in the US...you can get all kinds from there. I love it.
