3. Why would you wear stockings and a garter belt over pantyhose? That defeats the whole purpose of not having to wear pantyhose, and all the problems that come with them. The only time I have seen that done is for costume party's, where someone with stretch marks or too much cellulite on their thighs, wanted to wear the garter belt and stockings to spice up the costume, and was too embarrassed to show their bare thighs, so they wore sheer to waist nude pantyhose under the stockings.
4. I always wear stockings and a garter belt, but not over tights. What's the purpose, tights a poor and unnecessary substitute for stockings anyway, so why wear both. The whole idea is to be free from the horrible panty part of the tights, so you can wear your own lingerie and not have to do a dance everytime you want to go to the bath room.
