Does anyone know any websites that help generate leads for real estate agents?

Has anyone had great experience with websites that claim to generate good leads for real estate agents? What are websites that are moderately priced but give you good leads? Has anyone used the homegain? Is it good? What about Trulia? Any info you may have on any website that generates leads for real estate agents would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

1. internet leads are what you make of them. Most just want house info but some are serious buyers. try a site that charges per lead. buy a few and see what happens. you have to be prepared to WORK them, they are not lay downs.
2. You can actually generate the lease pretty easily yourself. Its basically taking the business model of companies that charge ridiculous amounts for leads (replyrealestate.com, homesdiscovered.com) and doing it yourself.
