I have a DME/Part B Medicare question. Even though competitive bidding was put on hold, do we still have to be?

We still have to be accredited right? I have a lady in my office arguing with me saying that since competitive bidding didn't go into effect, we dont need to pay payments on our accreditation. Does anyone know who is correct, and if I am where can I look that up in writing
