What are antique wooden boats generally worth?
I have about 20 or so wooden boats that I know are at least 50+ years old with also some small metal boats...is there any site I could check out to see what they are worth?

- Do you mean models or full size boats? Check ebay for similar items.
- If they are row boats, they probably are not worth a lot. Get the manufacturer and search the web. So sites have buy and sell features. Wood boats are nostalgic and normally the value is in the beholder.
- You could check with NADA for what is generally the "book value" but I'll tell you what I tell everybody else. Whatever you're selling is only worth what you get for it.
- A quick search on ebay might tell you where the asking and selling price would be.
- They might be worth a lot if they are culturally significant, or hand built by a famous designer like Joel White etc. - and are in museum condition. Sadly most people only look at old wooden boats as hard work, with some justification. I would contact the Wooden Boat Association and advertise in Wooden Boat magazine - that's where the hard core wooden boat nuts hang out. http://www.woodenboat.com/
- Anywhere from worthless to over a million dollars, completely restored. http://www.acbs.ca/
