how to shop for japanese clothing when not living in japan?

Hello, I'm just wondering how I would shop online for japanese clothing when I live in Canada? I know most websites don't deliver overseas. Is there a website I can use to help me make purchases and deliver it to Canada? Like, a Rinkya but not for auctions?
