How can I put a rear seat that has 3 seat belts in a 1999 Wrangler?

I am buying a 99 Wrangler but want to be able to put three kids in the rear seat from time to time so need 3-seat belts for the rear seat. Will a 2007 3-person rear seat fit in a 99 Wrangler or is there some other way to add a thrid seat belt?

1. The back seat of a Wrangler is too small for 3 people even kids,I had my 2 kids in the back seat and they had no room to move.The back seat of a 2007 is too wide to fit in a 99.
