How do I become a real eastate agent(I think its called)?

I want to work for a company such as remax and be the person that shows homes and is the sales person for homes ...is this called a real estate agent? If so what are my steps to become this? I live in NJ

2. Easy. Give remax a call and ask them how to get started. It will be a course of some time depending on where you take it. It's pretty simple actually. Good Luck
3. You will need a real estate license. You can go to RemAx and they will send you to the appropriate classes to become one.
4. Not the best time to become an agent but most community colleges offer courses need to get your lisence.
