Foreclosure in KY with US Bank "Cash For Keys" ??
My home was put up for auction this past Tuesday due to foreclosure. My family is still living in this home. And it sold back to bank at auction. I was told by the Legal Aide off here in KY that I can ask the bank to do Cash for Keys. Has anyone ever done this before? With US Bank? In KY? How do I go about doing something like this? Thank You You know what KISS MY ASS!!!! You don't know what my sistuation is for one! And duhhhhh I know I plan on contacting the bank. Just thought I would ask others opinion if they had done this before.

- Usually it's the bank that would contact you to offer a "cash for key" deal. Very few banks do this...No sure about US Bank. Most banks will just follow through with the eviction process.
- I work with several banks as their agent on foreclosed properties. The cash for keys program is an incentive for the current occupant of the home to leave timely and leave the property in good condition. This prevents the lender from incurring any more costs related to the foreclosure and liquidation of the property. Please call your bank and ask for the loss mitigation department. They should be able to direct you to the proper personnel to get the info you seek.
