why is my ebay item bidding so low?

I have a $700 diamond ring on ebay right now. One just like it sold for 530 a week ago. i have 2 days left and the bid is only 36.00 i have a reserve on it. to save me there, but what happens? people last minutre go on a bidding war? It's an antique vintage wedding set. 14 k gold approx. .50 carat size 7. they sell like crazy on there but mines not.

1. lol what happens is that they wait to the last minute like 1 or 2 mins to go then they start to go up in $1 and that to try and get the item at a lower price so that is the reason that it is soo cheap the now but wait till the very end then it will shoot up like a shooting star... hope i helpeddd!!=)
2. Most bids won't happen until the last few hours or even last few minutes.
3. Just check where you have put your item is this a correct category. Then put a correct title explaining your item as much as you can so that you can get correct visitors. Put a breif description so that you can explain your item. Put some good images so that it will attract the bidders.
