Mossberg Model 57700 question/info request?

1. i would say its a defense shotgun its short and ported not vent ribbed at least it doesnt say it has the vent rib but theres not that much info on it for hunting i would say not the right choice but for blowing unwelcome guests out the door it would do the trick
2. No that's not a defense gun..... That is a Mossberg 500 Turkey gun.... Mossberg calls it a Tactical turkey.... I believe it has been discontinued....
