Is this SKS legal in california?

Hi, Is that SKS really california legal? I ask because it appears to me to have a telescoping stock and a pistol grip... but the ad clearly states California legal. http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=119530766 Am I misinterpreting the law? I would of posted at calguns.net... but for some reason my account is not activated.... so maybe if someone has an active account there they could post it in the rifles section and send me a link to it? Thanks!!! I'm only asking if that particular modificed sks is legal... i'm aware that stock sks with fixed mag is legal in california. California has special restrictions... so the expiration of Federal assault rifle ban had no effect so I believe certain cosmetic features are regulated.

You can have an SKS in any configuration including with a collapsible stock in California as long as it has a NONDETACHABLE MAGAZINE.
either your not allowed to buy it now, or it'll be illegal to own in the future, I lose track since I don't live in california and I'd hate it there, too many rules. but to the point, it is or will be illegal to own any rifle which is classified as a assault rifle like the m16/AR15/M4 type guns, which include all guns that look similar to them like bushmaster and armalite rifles, AK 47 and all variants, and of course, the sks, since it can be made to look like a AK, and many more, it's unfair that they make semi auto guns illegal just because they look like a military gun.
Only guns manufactured and sold during the un-American, un-Constitutional Clinton gun ban can't have those cosmetic "modifications". Rifles in general are within BATF guidelines so long as they have a barrel length of 16? inches and an over all length of X inches. Good Luck!
i used to live in california. i used to have an sks. that configuration is legal because the mag is a fixed with a ten round capacity. The "evil" features like pistol grip and adjustable stock only count with a detachable ammunition feeding device.
