Gucci Belt?!?!?!?!?!?

Hi, I have a Gucci belt, and on the buckle it has Gucci written on it, with a small 'R' above it within a circle. Does anybody know what this means? Thanks

3. are u sure u have the original gucci belt?i have lots gucci things but i never see such letter "R"?
