replacement catalytic '99 cavalier 2.2L?

my cavalier needs a new catalytic converter however I am unsure which universal fit to get. I see that some of the catalytics at discount auto parts have 2 inch inlets/outlets and others have 2.282 inch inlet/2.420 inch outlet...i thought the exhaust piping on my car was larger on one side but i just looked at it and now i am not so sure.

1. It really doesn't matter because you should have a flange on both ends if its the stock factory one and you will either need to find the same one that will just bolt up or buy a universal one that you will have to have the old flanges welded back in place.
