How well-known is the Live/Ebay cashback?

I am planning to sell a laptop on Ebay. Should I list it buy-it-now knowing that someone may be willing to pay a little more knowing they have 25% cash coming back to them? Or is that a somewhat underground program and should I be better off with a traditional auction?

1. You can always let them know about the cashback in the subtitle. I've seen many buyers do that. It's the most effective method.
