Where can I auction Barbara Windsor's blouse for charity {but not on Ebay}?

My aunt has been given a blouse worn by Barbara Windsor {Carry on films} on Eastenders, it has a authenticy certificate with it etc and she needs to sell it as she is raising money to buy a colonoscopic scanner for the Bloomfield hospital in Chelmsford. I have been trying to find an auction site or real live auction where it would fetch decent money, does anyone have any idea's other than Ebay?
