Do those electric muscle pumping belts actually work?
Hello. Does anybody know whether the advertised muscle-pumping belts that they always show on TV (you know "just sit down and relax in front of your TV while building fabulous abs") actually help you lose weight? I believe they work by sending an electric shock that contracts your muscle. Wouldn't that be kinda harmful for the heart (disrupting or something) since it is also a muscle?

- Harmful to the brain, nerves, heart, in essence, abs are useless without vital organs.
- No. Wish they did though. So I wouldn't have to go through all the pain, time, and money from lifting every other day.
- I wouldn't trust one of those. Its a lot more fun and safe to jest get out and run or something!
- No. If they actually worked do you REALLY think people would continue to workout? There are no magic bullets.
