Can I legally print the Bidding Prayer from the King's College Lessons & Carols in a church bulletin?

Can I legally print the Bidding Prayer from the King's College Lessons & Carols in a church bulletin? Is it in public domain? Everything at the King's College web site is copyrighted, but I see this Bidding Prayer often printed in church bulletins. Thanks.

2. I would think that like anything else you quote, it's okay to do so as long as you cite your source.
3. If it has a copyright notice then you should ask permission. If the thing is old enough they couldn't have a copyright on it. But in any event, I doubt they will say no.
