Does anyone kno any OTHER discount stores for nursery furniture and pushchairs etc UK ONLY?

Ive found this site which is great http://www.preciouslittleone.com/ does anyone know of any others? x Also are the sensor mats for nurserys reliable, the ones you put in the cot and if the baby dosnt move for 20 minutes it'll alert you? x

2. try kiddiecare, thats really good, i got my stuff from there and im now trying to sell on as my lil one has out grown and there still in fab condition, not sure bout th sensors, but worth a try, good luck x

I've never heard of those sensor mats, but I honestly think it will only make you more paranoid. Babies can sink into very deep sleep and not move for a while, you don't want to panic over everything. I know you want to do your best to protect, but you will end up emptying your bank on all the safety items that according to the advertisers - you 'must have'!
4. kiddicare or babies r us are good ones. Never heard of those sensor mats. Babies tend to sleep alot anyway when newborns and if you have your baby in a good routine there is no reason for them to wake anyway. Try using a monitor just so you can hear if your baby cries, because if your baby is asleep they are not necessarily going to move are they, especially when i a deep sleep. If it eases your mind then get one, but don't waste your money on things you don't necessarily need. Good luck x
