- I like all the AR-15 styles but this one is priced too high. They are trying to get more money before the ban goes into effect. Go to your local shop and pick up a new one with a collapsible stock. From there you can convert it to the pistol configuration for only a little more.
- it would be fun but it is more of a Varmint round...it will go through a bullet proof vest if that helps
- it is powerful enough to take a deer at a reasonable range. But, as they said, they are getting ridiculously expensive with people going crazy over the election. Have fun. A 5.56mm is a rifle round. It is probably a little overkill for a pistol (it is a novelty pistol, rather than a practical pistol). I don't think it is legal to convert a rifle to a pistol.
- it depends on what your using it for.For varmints its fine but as a self defense round it sucks and the military knows this the only reason they use it is because they can carry more ammo.it is a very poor man stopper and wasnt made for that.for varmints i like the 22-250.as fas as bullets go the 223 or 5.56 whatever you want to call it was meant to just wound and take ya out of the fight, now the 7.62x39 like the SKS AND ak 47 uses was flat made to kill ya when it hits you it just dosent pass through it will take chunks out of a body.Even if it nicks your arm it would take a chunk out of ya.Same with the AK74 with the 7.62x54.So it depends on what you want it for.
