I can't input any text into account logins such as Ebay or my Windermere Real Estate account. Help?

For some reason, when I try to login in to my accounts requiring the typical "user name:" and "password" screen, it won't let me enter any characters. Other than that, my keyboard works fine. I can type anything on google or anything. I was thinking maybe changing internet browsers would help, but has anyone else had this problem? Or know how to fix it? Thanks very much!

1. A few things: Make sure that you didn't accidentally hit your 'insert' key. Try hitting your 'insert' key and see what happens. If nothing happens, you know that's not the answer. Make sure that your 'number lock' key is not activated. Hit your 'number lock' key to de-activate it. And if all else fails, restart your computer!
