Belt Auction

Don't you hate how slow loading computers mess up ebay bidding for you?

It's best to bid during the last 30 seconds or so. However, when I do this my computer 'decides' to mess up and take too long loading the bidding page. When I manage to bid the auction ended! Does this happen to others?

  1. I know huh? I was trying to sell my Erection on ebay, and no one bid on it because the damn computer was too slow. So I just came all over the keyboard and said screw it. Edit: Why the haters? Beletje, you know I'm just kidding right?
  2. yes! well it used to, now i have a new computer haha
  3. yes !!! omg i hate that i stayed up all night hoping no one would be in e bay and there are all this poeple there bidding i am loke ooh my god
  4. I hate slow loading computers period!
  5. I still can't believe some one out-bid me by a lousy $1.39 for a used video tape of Pia Zadora. I am not a fan of Pia Zadora, but pride myself on my superb collection on the very worst in kitsch entertainment. And yeah, my damned internet provider has been slow all freaking day!
  6. Try deleting some of the crap off of your computer and clean up your hard drive.
  7. I don't know why your computer is doing this and I suggest clearing the cache and history, doing disk defragmenting, doing a virus scan, using ad-aware and spybot search and destroy, and doing disk cleanup. As for people bidding in the middle of the night, these are most likely sniping machines. I use quicksnipe.com and they are free for now. I can bid in the last 10 seconds of the auction and be away from my computer. It has let me down once as these sniping tools are 100%. Their server was down once. 95% of the time it works great.
