Can you stop selling an item on ebay after the bidding is done?
the bidding just ended and i decided i wanted the game i culd not find how to cancel thebidding and the prick did not even bid he just waited 2 the last second and just bid the price i put on he didnt even go up a penny.

- That might be hard to do. Just like if that guy didn't want to pay, you need to send it to him. You can always ask the guy, but he's got a right to it. If there's only 1 bid, then most times you'll only sell it for your starting price. It's other bids that get the price up. That's why your starting bid is important. If multiple bids are to be expected, then no big deal (people start PS3's out at 99 cents) but if you think it only might get one bid, then you should set the price for what you think is fair. Better to not sell it and try selling again.
- That's your fault. If you wanted a higher price for your item, you should have started the bidding at a higher price. Now, your buyer got a great deal and you want to back out. Nope, you are obigated to follow thru with the sale. Now, if you got a great price for your item and your buyer decided that they weren't going to pay for it, because they found a better deal somewhere else, you'd be pizzed. Do what is right and send the item to your buyer, once they pay for it.
