How can i strecth my new leather belt, as it's just a bit too small?Thanks?

Bough a leather belt from Next today and turn out it's only just a bit too small to clip on.

1. You should return it and get it bigger so you have it longer.
2. soak it in water for a couple of hours then stretch the heck out of it---that's easier said then done and when it dries it may shrink---can u take it back
