Belt Auction

if i pay for a item at yahoo auction with money order and don't recieve item can i get money back?

i won the auction for a laptop at yahoo and the guy asked for money order but cashed it and never sent the laptop. apparently scammed me. any help would be appreciated getting money back. it was my christmas present.

1. yea, you have to complain to yahoo tho. they will look into it and if they catch the guy they will suspend his yahoo account...
