Is anyone else not being allowed into their EBAY account? What's going on?

I enter my userID, I enter my pass, and it says they're incorrect! But I know they're right. I tried to have them send me my pass and ID, but I keep not recieving the emails. I sent an email to customer support, but we all know how much help the automatic email they send out is. Help Me! I MUST BID

2. I'm not having any problems logging in. Make sure Caps Lock is off. If your password contains numbers and you're using the number pad to enter them, make sure your NumLock is on.
3. no i just buy my stuff at the store
