Belt Auction

We were asked to participate in an EPC bid for construction. We wish not to participate. What response works?

2. It would depend upon your reasoning, do you only want to bid on the construction portion, or do you have no interest at this point? I would send a letter saying that you appreciate the opportunity to submit a proposal, but are unable to make a competitive bid at this point in time. You can then further explain yourself if you would like. ie..We do not currently have the resources available for a project of this magnitude or we would only be interested in the steel erection, etc. End with We would like to stay on your list of bidders for future projects and wish you continued success.
